Yes. We understand your travel plans may change, so we offer a simple cancellation policy. Regardless of whether you made your reservation online, via website, mobile app, or by dialing 7008 29 39 49, give us forty eight (48) hours’ notice prior to your pickup time, and we will give you a full refund.
Leja is unable to refund payment if cancelled with less than forty-eight hours’ notice prior to pickup time. You can change the date of booking till 48 Hours before the booked date free of charge. After that, there will be a cancellation charge as under:
48 hours before booked time: No Charge
24 – 48 hours before booked time: 50% of the trip amount
0 – 24 hours before booked time: 100% of the trip amount
For amount paid by cash, a cheque will be dispatched and for amount paid by net-banking, amount will be automatically refunded with 7 days within working hours.
Have I Personal Injury during the journey?
In the unexpected case of any accident or any untoward incident, the website cannot be made accountable as its role is to only make a Cab available. The contract is between the Cab operator and the customer. In case the passenger does not want to travel due to any issue like the condition of the vehicle or driver behavior he/she should immediately get in touch with the call center and report the matter.
Passengers in general and lady passengers, in particular, are advised to take care to look after their own safety and the security of their valuables for which they alone will be responsible. During an overnight journey, the passengers are strongly advised to give full importance to security over anything else. The website accepts no responsibility for the same.
We take care in choosing the operators who align with us and make efforts to see that drivers with a good record only deal with our customers but the website accepts no responsibility for any incident of inappropriate behavior by the Driver. The customer will have to deal with the Driver or Cab operator directly without our involvement. We seek feedback from customers regarding any such incident and take suitable action immediately after verifying the facts.
