Regardless of whether you made your reservation online, via the website, mobile app, or by dialing 7008 29 39 49, give us forty eight (48) hours’ notice prior to your pickup time, and we will give you a full refund.

Leja is unable to refund payment if cancelled with less than forty-eight hours’ notice prior to pickup time. You can change the date of booking till 48 Hours before the booked date free of charge. After that, there will be a cancellation charge as under:

48 hours before booked time: No Charge

24 – 48 hours before booked time: 50% of the trip amount

0 – 24 hours before booked time: 100% of the trip amount
